A Big Fun Run Announcement

To Our Supporters,

It has come to our attention that September 30th, the date we had originally scheduled for the 2017 Donate Life Family Fun Run, is Yom Kippur, a very significant holiday in the Jewish tradition. We are deeply sorry for this oversight on our part. Out of respect to those that honor this holiday, including our Jewish donor families, recipients, staff, and supporters, we will be changing the date of this year’s Fun Run.

Our new race date is Saturday, September 9th, 2017. All other details for the race remain the same. We understand that this change in date may make it difficult for some families, but we hope you will still be able to join us, either in Baltimore or as a Virtual Participant, as we honor donors and celebrate life, hope, and generosity.

For those families who have already registered for the Fun Run, we will be transferring your registration to the new date of 9/9/17. If you cannot attend the run on this new date, please email us at familyfunrun@thellf.org and we will be happy to transfer your registration to a Virtual Participant or refund your fees.

We hope you will continue to support us and the Donate Life Family Fun Run as we honor our donors and donors in spirit, celebrate recipients, and raise awareness for the life-saving gift of donation and transplantation.

Because of the date change, we will be extending our $20 registration price through May 31st. On June 1st, the price will increase to $25 for Adult and Virtual Participants.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this oversight and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to remedy the situation.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at familyfunrun@thellf.org or call us at 443-833-1076.
